5.2 Scented candles can only be returned if they are unused and undamaged and are returned in the original packaging.

5.3 You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 We guarantee that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
